Bestmed Medical Scheme received the award for customer satisfaction in the Medical Aid Companies category at the latest Ask Afrika Orange Index® Awards, held in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, on Thursday, 3 November 2022.
The Ask Afrika Orange Index® survey has been awarding and celebrating companies across 31 industries since 2001. It’s one of the most referred-to customer experience benchmarks in South Africa. This year’s survey revealed that customer satisfaction has improved. Strong-performing brands, like Bestmed, benefit from a focus on fairness, overall service, emotion, channel satisfaction and reputation – the survey results also indicated.
