Terms and Conditions for the MamaMagic Baby on Board Competition
Please read these terms carefully before entering the competition.
- Eligibility:
- Participants must be legal residents of South Africa and aged 18 or over.
- Entrants must be a minimum of 12 weeks pregnant on the 20th October 2024
- Finalists must provide proof of pregnancy on selection.
- Employees of MamaMagic, associated sponsors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Competition Period:
- The competition starts on 30 September 2024 and ends on 20 October 2024.
- Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
- Entry Requirements:
- To enter, participants must complete all required steps: joining the WhatsApp channel, following our sponsors on social media, and completing the online entry form.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted; additional entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
- Prize Details:
- The prize includes a Pregnancy Starter Kit valued at over R70,000. Details of the prize components will be specified on the competition entry page.
- Prizes are subject to availability and MamaMagic reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
- Winners will be chosen at random from all complete and eligible entries.
- Weekly finalists will be announced on social media and the final winner will be announced during the live finale.
- Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Publicity:
- By entering this competition, participants agree to participate in promotional activities including (but not limited to) having their names and photographs used in MamaMagic marketing material and social media.
- Data Protection and Privacy:
- Personal information collected from participants will be used by MamaMagic and its sponsors solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and not disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
- General:
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- All decisions made by MamaMagic regarding the competition are final and binding.
- MamaMagic reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond MamaMagic’s control.
- Disputes:
- This competition is subject to South African law and any disputes relating to the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
