SAMBA (South African Multiple birth organisation) was founded in 1975 and is made up of volunteers who offer parents expecting multiples, and who have multiples, moral and emotional support. Seminars and teas are held around the country. Members pay an annual fee and receive a quarterly magazine and discounts at various places.
